Switching Account that’s Linked to Game Center

I am on a game right now (War Robots) and I downloaded it on my phone so I can play on my phone but have the same account from my iPad, I pressed the Game Center button to try and log in but it seems that my iPad account wasn’t logged in previously so I accidentally linked my new level 1 account on my phone to Game Center. Is there any way I can unlink the level 1 account on my phone and relink the better account that I have on my iPad?

Linking Google Play and iPhone Jurassic World the Game accounts I had a google play account with a lot of dinosaurs in Jurassic world the game and lost it all when I went to iPhone I just wanna know how to link the 2 accounts with each other [Re-Titled by Moderator]
