The 10-15 most recent photos that I took or that were shared with me and visible in my camera roll. Anything before that, the thumbnail is a blank/white image. When I select the thumbnail, it remains a blank screen. Help?!?

Have you already restarted your iPhone?
What has change right before you could no longer see your photos? Did you install Ana update, ow hat has been the last thing you did in Photos?
Are you using iCloud Photos?
Then check, if ou are still having enough free storage in iCloud.
You may also want to check, if you are having plenty of free storage on your iPhone, so Photos can download the photos from iCloud.
You may also want to try to connect to a different Wi-Fi.
If the photos are in iCloud, can you see them still on your iCloud webpage at www.icloud.com in a web browser on a computer?

Camera roll shows that photos exist, but the thumbnail is white. I click on thumbnail and no image appears. Wtf?
