Google map does not sync with service provider app in my Iphone

I’m using app that connects to the Google map in my phone but it is not communicating with the app. I have checked with the app service provider and they have reset the app for me and troubleshoot their app but the problem still persists. Believe it’s my phone. the app is a service provider app. so the other party using the same app cannot see my exact location. It is happening until now.

Apple support ask to contact the app developer to look into this issue. So it is still unsolved.
