Hello. I recently purchased an iPhone 15 Pro on installment through a Canadian bank, and I have decided to move back to my home country. Accessing the Canadian bank from my country is very challenging, and I would like to pay off the installment debt in one lump sum. Is this possible?

Contact your bank. Your issue is not an Apple issue.
No one here works for Apple or the bank you financed the phone through. We have no way to tell you what is possible or not possible. And Apple is not involved here as you financed the phone through a bank. You have to contact the bank yourself and ask them.
Can you contact that Canadian Bank to ask them? That would be the first thing to try.
I want to close the payment with the credit card in Turkey, meaning I want to pay off all my remaining debt, but I want to pay with a bank card belonging to Turkey because I don’t want my account at the Canadian bank to remain open for paying installments for 24 months. That’s why I want to pay with the card here, in Turkey.
It is highly unlikely that the Canadian Bank will allow you to pay off your loan using ANY credit card, but that goes double for a Turkish credit card.
