Support of ZFS and UFS file system, or even ext4.

I am working on OS development, and other core works, I am studying OS format, and inserted my Raspberry Pi disk into MacBook to study things, so it doesn't supported it's main partition which is ext4.

secondly, since macOS is UNIX family, and specially BSD family, so why it didn't support NomadBSD image file to open, neither NomadBSD USB Installer, to do so. but in Debian and Other linux it works, so being a member of UNIX family, macOS should also supports all file system of Linux too.

secondly,

Why secondly? What was your first question?

since macOS is UNIX family

UNIX is trademark, not a family

specially BSD family

This is a myth. You can read the details here: BSD Overview

There is a BSD portion of the kernel and, in theory, most UNIX, Linux, or BSD software could be ported to macOS with some effort.

it didn't support NomadBSD image file to open, neither NomadBSD USB Installer, to do so. but in Debian and Other linux it works, so being a member of UNIX family, macOS should also supports all file system of Linux too.

Who says it doesn't? However, it is up to the developers of all those projects to make an effort to port it to the Mac, just like they did to port it to other operating systems. Just because a given project works in Debian, for example, doesn't mean it will work in Ubuntu. It must be ported. In many cases, if the projects are similar enough, the port may be pretty easy.

In the case of macOS, these kinds of ports are going to be more difficult. Plus, someone physically has to do it on a Mac. Apple only does this when they need it for some reason. Given that Apple doesn't care anything about Raspberry Pi, they don't bother. Given that all the BSD or Linux people don't care anything about the Mac, they don't bother either. That leaves you. Get to work!

Linux isn’t Unix, it’s just Unix-like. A couple of Linux distros are (or were) Single UNIX Specification (SUS) certified. The vast majority are not. macOS is SUS v3 compliant.

The SUS does not specify any file system for compliance.
