I need to know how my case is going for my damaged apple card.
When I bought an Apple gift card yesterday the code and the GCA number is also missing numbers.

Only support can help. Based on other postings from the past, it could take days for resolution. Perhaps contact the merchant where the card was purchased.
Yes I contacted support and I'm still waiting for an answer. It not only has me out $500 but the person I'm sending the code to is unable to user the card she needs before she can get ready to come back home. They told me all the 5 pictures I sent were good and now I have to wait some more after spending 5 hours to get a call back with the call only ringing one time. I tried to call the number back from the number i received the call. It had a recording this number is only an out going cards. so I had to call support again after a 5 hour wait which I used some of the time taking pictures of the sleeve front and back, the card , front and back and the receipt . The files were accepted and I'm still out the card along with the person I was going to send the card to so she can get home.
