If you forgot your SIM PIN, then the only solution is to contact your cellular provider. It is not saved on your device. If you enter the wrong PIN too many times, it will ask for a PUK code, which you can also only get from your cell provider. If you enter the wrong PUK code too many times, you will need to purchase a new SIM card.
