Sign-ins use your Apple ID account, and that account has your country or region associated with it.
Apple Media services are not supported worldwide, but instead in select countries and regions.

Changing the country for your Apple ID may affect previous purchases, and affect valid payment methods (as issued for the new country), and will require ending any ongoing subscription services through Apple. In the new country, different apps and services may be offered. Some (third party) services may do geolocation on e.g. your IP address and/or other methods, to block out-of-region use.
