Apple air pods have picked up consistent background noise and now play the noise all the time. How can i reset it?

I’ve been using my AirPods when i blow dry my hair. Sometimes I use transparency mode or noise cancelling and now my Apple ear pods have a constant buzzing noise in the background whenever i use them on transparency mode or noise cancelling. Is there a way to reset them so they don’t include the buzzing/humming of the imitation blow dryer in the background?
