receiving "The configuration of your iPod Touch could not be downloaded" error
I’m getting a message stating “the configuration for your iPod touch could not be downloaded.
The configuration is not available.

This message usually means the device is managed by an organization.
Is this iPod Touch your device, or owned or managed by an organization?
If so, you will need to contact the organization to remove their ownership, or provide sufficiently convincing proof of your ownership to Apple to get this removed.
