Problems with coreaudio.

I use an Antelop Audio ZEN Q USB audio interface. I experience a lot of discomfort while using
it.Because the sound from my monitors constantly shifts to the right. When I reboot the audio
interface, I hear the sound exactly in the middle for several minutes.I tried almost all the
methods described on the Internet, the Balance Lock application, the Reset Audio Balance
script,but for Ventura 13.6.1 it does not reset, I don’t know how to fix it.
I'll attach a few messages received from the console.

1)CAReportingClient.mm:537   Sending message { message="{

    "issue_detected_sample_time" = "39199444.000000";

    node = "othr-Output";

    "report_type" = RMS;

    rms = "-20.918720";

    "rtaid_client" = HAL;

}", reporters="(

    13889924235278

)" }

2)IssueReporting.cpp:495   RTAID [ use_case=Generic report_type=RMS Generic Chain clientID=HAL node=othr-Output issue_detected_sample_time=39199444.000000 ] -- [ -20.918720, 1.599160 ]

Hello, I apologize for the long response.
Today I finished an experiment with installing Ventura on a blank external drive.
The disk turned out to be not so fast and the system took a long time to boot.
The problems with sound remained the same even after installing a clean system.
I think that the problem persists due to a slow hard drive, or maybe the RAM,
or maybe the processor.

I'm not quite sure what it is...

5)AudioComponentPluginMgr.mm:562   reg server remote proxy error Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=4099 "The connection to service named com.apple.audio.AudioComponentRegistrar was invalidated: failed at lookup with error 159 - Sandbox restriction." Implies to me that something needs to be aded to System Settings>Security & Privacy>Full Disk Access,but I cannot tell from here what it might be.

Did we try this yet...

To find out if it's system wide or user specific, try this...

Open System Preferences>Users & Groups, unlock the lock, click on the little plus icon, make a new admin account, log out & into the new account.

Does it work in the new account?
