why “find my” alerted on my iPad randomly? could it be a spyware? and if it’s a spyware how can i detect it?

so i was chilling in my bedroom and i heard find my alert on my iPad THAT I NEVER TOUCHED in weeks! could it be a spyware? even though i activated find my on my iPhone that both are connected to the same icloud yesterday cuz i lost it but then i found it? and in case if it’s a spyware, i am asking because i heard that spyware can be present on the phone undetected. thank you

No, there is no malware/virus/hack/spyware for a non jailbroken phone.

how do i know if my device is not jailbroken? i remember there was an incident where my phone wasn’t with me then i suddenly found it and it was without a passcode at the time.. also if one device is jailbroken does it automatically affect all the devices connected to the cloud account?
