My iPhone 7 only vibrates on incoming calls

The phone only vibrates on incoming calls and won't ring.

Use the side control and flip the switch up for ringer.

Thanks! I eventually found that in the online documentation and couldn't believe I'd forgotten it. It's been a long time since I had the problem—ever since I put my phone in a case. But my boyfriend doesn't have his in a case. And it was his I was trying to troubleshoot.
