Hello, I recently joined Apple Podcasts Connect and have uploaded two episodes so far. However, I've encountered an issue where my creator name is displaying as "unknown," and I'm currently looking for a solution to rectify this. Any feedback or advice on how to address this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Of course this only helps if you are writing the feed directly. I woud have thought it more likely you are using one of the many podcast creation services, in which case you would need to ask them. However I see the I've nswered you in thue other thread you started - please don't post more than once - and that your name shows in the Apple preview page.
You need to enter your name in the 'itunes:author' tag. How you do this depends on what method you are using to create your feed, but all services will have a way to enter your name.
