Im using ipad pro 9.7 updated to latest os. Im trying to factory reset my device, the problem is when im about to click erase all data etc.. it comes back to orignal apps i used to have.

I would try to factory reset your iPad Pro 9.7" via computer, as per these intsructions:--> Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
If you don't have a computer, borrow one from your friends/relatives/neighbors, or ask for help at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider).
