duplicate payment removed from my bank when only the original amount that made my account a zero balance

i am very particular about making sure I pay my balances when I know I have the money to do so. This last month, I noticed the payment taken out twice… both payments on the same day and same identical time.

I text Goldman and they sent in a review. 7 days later, they say there was no duplicate payment made. How can that be? $218.23 comes out twice at the same time from my bank and my balance at the time was 218.23.

the payment and statement history doesn’t give you amount left on account, they are hard to trace and discrepancies.

Has this happened to anyone or can someone help simplify my breakdown.

just a note: I have never paid interest, my balances are always paid before due date.

Apple Support does not have access to your Apple Card account. Apple Card is issued and serviced and by Goldman Sachs Bank. I’ve provided their contact information below.

I would suggest that you first confirm with the bank that both withdrawals were actually made. You may also want to check with the merchant and see if they double charged you for a reason. You may be able to request a refund from the merchant. Lastly, contact an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs and work with them to resolve the issue.
