I have an iPhone 7 and I tried to use it with supervised mode and the phone app

I have an iPhone 7 and I tried to use it with supervised mode and the phone app, but it didn't work. It not see something like "the phone pickup badge is not visible". I don't understand why, because I thought supervised mode was supposed to let me control my phone better. Is there a way to fix this problem? Or do I need to get a newer iPhone?

Sorry by iphone isn't supervised but in guided acess mode. What i'can do?

If Guided Access is not stuck, a quick triple click on the side button should clear it.

If the triple click fails, a forced restart is next:

The older iPhone uses the iOS 15 description:

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

The newer iPhone models use the iOS 17 description:

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

The first two presses must be very fast, then hold the third button press until the Apple logo appears, continuing to hold that third button press past any sliders that might appear.

An iPhone that is supervised is controlled and configured by an IT organization.

If your iPhone is supervised, you will need to get it unlocked by the organization supervising it, or provide convincing proof of ownership to Apple and they’ll consider removing the supervisory lock.

If you’re trying to make your own iPhone easier to use, device supervision probably isn’t going to be your choice.

Assistive Access is a mechanism intended to make an iPhone easier to use, but that feature requires an iOS version newer than an iPhone 7 can run.
