Email app launch issue on iMac (2017) running Ventura

I am using an iMac 27" (2017) with MacOS Ventura 13.6.5. for some reason, I am getting the message attach below when I try to launch my email app. I press continue, however, after a few minutes, I get a failed to launch message. so I cannot open my email using my iMac and I am using my iPad which works. Can you advise on how to fix this issue.
