I wanted to know if you could send me the invoice for my cell phone?

No one in this user-to-user forum can send you anything; no one here even knows who you are. You were issued a receipt when you bought the phone; it is your responsibility to keep your documentation for purchases. If you bought the phone from the apple.com website you can log in to your account there and download it. If you bought it at an Apple store you will have to contact the store for a copy.
