BUT I AM SIGNED IN. IT KEEPS RUNNING ME AROUND IN CIRCLES!

Apple ID settings I keep getting the following notification in settings, "Some account services will not be available until you sign in again" even though I am signed in. I go through the process of signing in, but still I get the same message and still some account services remain unavailable. Any ideas?

Open Settings, tap on your name at the top, then Sign In & Security and you should be prompted to enter your password. If you are not go back one level and tap sign out, then sign in again.
