Paid all 12 monthly installments on Apple Card and it still says I owe.

I bought a MacBook Pro, an iPad & an Apple Pencil in monthly installments on my Apple Card to take advantage of the 0% interest and I finally made my 12th payment, but it still says I owe and have to pay the exact amount that I just paid off at the end of the month. Did the math and I should be all paid up excluding whatever else I charged on the card. Does it take a while to go through? Never had this problem and it always stays up to date when I make my payments

Have you talked to an Apple Card Specialist at Goldman Sachs Bank yet? If not, that’s your first call and they should be able to straighten it out for you. Usually is it’s a misunderstanding of how it’s billed. It’s billed one month and paid the next month. In other words, first installment is billed the end of the month the installment starts and not paid until the following month. You might essentially go almost 60 days before you first payment.
