my iphone 13 pro max sim stopped working i can not add esim or connect with other sim

I have had the screen and battery replaced now the Face ID is not working I can only use on wifi no cellular funcions

If you had Apple do the repair, bring it back for them to check it again. If you had someone else do the repair, they messed it up. See if they will fix it or replace it (don't count on that)! You will need to pay for a replacement. Apple will no longer service the device if someone else attempted to fix it.

Chris, great news! Apple will now repair the iPhones that have been poorly repaired. My tech checked the phone and said they do what’s called a rear frame everything new but the camera and display. They do that in a couple hours. If that does not fix the issue they will do an exchange. He then saw water damage signs in my front camera so automatic exchange of my iPhone. $599 all new phone. He tried to up sell me to a new phone but my phone would have been a recycle no money for the old phone.

super happy Apple changed the rules.
