Apple TV and only Apple TV app on Windows 11 Causes Driver Timeout

I have an RX 6700 XT in my pc, and I recently started using the Apple TV app from the Microsoft store. I can watch for about 10 minutes before the video freezes while still playing audio, sometimes with a bit of gray glitchiness happening. After about a minute the AMD driver software gives me a notification that a driver timeout has occurred and the pc restarts. This has happened with no other app, but has happened 3 times in a row JUST using Apple TV within the same day. I posted it on these forums because it is Apple's app that is breaking my PC, not my PC that is breaking itself. I am on the latest version of Windows 11 (which initially failed to install and gave me a bluescreen, but then successfully installed and has worked fine in every scenario that isn't Apple TV). I've tried repairing and resetting the Apple TV app, but none of that has helped. If anyone can provide some help that would be greatly appreciated.

Also the quality on the Apple TV app on Windows is a lot more grainy and worse than Mac (although on my M1 MacBook Air it still is pretty bad and grainy. An example is "For All Mankind," which was made 4 years ago and has the graininess of an 80s movie. I've noticed that every single question about that has been left unanswered).

im replying so someone can help us. I bought a lot of movies on iTunes and it worked fine but since the move to Apple TV all its crashed so much. And it’ll be random too sometimes I can watch three movies in a row and sometimes I can’t even watch 30 minutes. Also I agree they need to get the bitrate up on the windows version.
