I'm trying to print a normal letter sized document from my iPad via Pages and no matter what I do I cannot choose anything but legal size. Is there any way to fix this? Please look at the screen shots. There is only "Legal" as the only choice. The document is definitely in letter size.

Some printers can detect the media that is loaded in one or more of its paper trays, others may have settings that must be set from the printers controls, by accessing a built-in web server using a web browser, or using a companion App supplied by the printer manufacturer. By example, HP’s AirPrint printers can be managed using the HP Smart App.

iPad only wants to print legal size and I cannot change.
