How do I fix the muffled sound on my iPhone 12

I have a i phone 12(not Max and not pro max) and my sound now sounds muffled/distant on call’s, video’s, and other apps. I have tried everything and cannot fix it. Please tell me how to fix this because I make a lot of calls and I make a bunch of videos. If you know how please let me know.

How can I fix audio crackling sound on my iPhone 14 with iOS 18.3 update? Hi i hlave iPhone 14 and it has updated software to newest version 18.3. I have issue with randomly crackling sounds and noise during calls. The issue is not appear during internet calls. I tried a factory reset , repair center, new SIM card other cell phone another SIM card with different number, contact my provider ( my provider check my calls but he told me that everything is fine )but nothing solved my issue . Nevermind, thank you for the help. I watched YouTube videos and it is not fixed!
