I accidentally bought the ChatGPT Plus bot and I informed them that I want to return it on the same day. They canceled my subscription but they are not refunding my payment.

You may view a subscription to an app --> See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support
You can also request a refund for a recent renewal of an in-app subscription purchase
