BUG: Siri Event Suggestions in Mail are off by 1 hour in German time zone

The behavior described in this Question still happens in OSX 14.2.1 as of March 2024.

Interestingly, if I highlight the text segment in the mail directly, the suggestion generated in the pop-up is correct. It seems that only the Siri suggestion is broken.

This seems like a bug.

Quote of the question linked above.

I have an issue with Siri event suggestions in Apple Mail: Whenever Siri identifies a possible event suggestion, the suggested time was off by one hour until last Sunday. Since we have turned into summer time / daylight saving time in Germany last Sunday, it is now off by 2 hours, i.e. the suggested time is two hours earlier than the spelled out time in the mail text.

Clearly, this must have something to do with a time zone issue. However, my Mac and iOS devices are all set in the correct German time, display the time correctly. I cannot identify any setting where another time zone is set. Thank you for any idea as this is driving me crazy...

I use Apple Calendar app with Google calendar accounts, which are all also set to the correct Berlin time zone in the Google settings.

I have attached two screenshots to illustrate the issue, they are in German, but you can see the times are not coherent.
