Old style Apple Keyboard keyboard for US English+Locale on the M3 MacBook Air?

Do we get the option of having US English alphabets on the left hand side (like were on the pre-M1 models)?

I dislike the new M1+ Airs Locale language on the left / US letters on the right.

I prefer English to be the primary, while my Locale alphabets on the right side.
