Is iPhone SE 2595 CDMA or GSM or both? Are any 2595's GSM only?

I am looking to purchase an iPhone SE 3rd Gen 2595. Need it to work on CDMA network (Verizon, Visible).

The Apple iPhone SE 2595 Tech Specs page's "Cellular and Wireless Bands" is not easily interpreted (band codes looks like a foreign language).
Seller's website shows compatible networks as Unlocked - Mint Mobile, Cricket, Ting.

How do I know if this is CDMA compatible?

Is it possible any 2595's are GSM only?

Thank you for your response. The band codes don't clearly indicate which is CDMA. I think I need an interpreter....
