Alexa app not working

My Alexa app does not work after initial installation. It opens to a black screen. Restarting phone, uninstalling and reinstalling does nothing! Can’t play my Apple Music through my echo🤷🏽

We also tried it on iPhone XR and it didn’t work. We tried it on iPhone 14 and it worked. I use it to thank my driver but noticed that it just went straight to search when I asked Alexa to thank my driver. Even when I say Alexa play music, she does not say anything but it typed it on the search and shows items related to music.

Eh….. using an iPhone 12 plus.
