Unable to open PDF with Books on iPhone and iPad.

Recently upgraded to latest IPhone 15 Max Pro. Have latest IOS installed. Have restarted phone multiple times.

Having same issue on my latest IPad. Always use Books to open my PDFs.

But anything over a few MBs is not opening. I have always opened up to about 50MB files with ease on both IPhone and IPad. Since getting new devices last week NEITHER are allowing me to open anything over a 4MB file.
