Can I update my iPhone 11 to iOS 17.2 instead of iOS 17.3?
my phone is still 16.1 and it requres 17.3 update but i prefer 17.2

It is not posssible to update to an intermediate version of iOS. Any update will be to the most recent, compatible version.
