how to make you MacBook Pro shutdown when you close the display

I want my 13' 2020 M1 MacBook Pro to shut down when I close the display, all I could find was how long it took to lock my MacBook when the display was shut.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.3

Choose ShutDown from the Apple menu. Wait for the display to go dark.

Close the lid.

The default behavior is to go into sleep mode (which makes perfect sense when you simply need to shut the lid to take a break from your work).
