Because I use the keyboard a lot, the H in my keyboard has fallen out and cannot be reinserted. Can that problem be resolved?

What can be done for your keyboard depends on the SUB-MODEL of your Macbook Pro, which you have yet to share.
Macbook Pro keyboards have evolved since the model's introduction in 2006. Replacement keycaps from third-party vendors may be available or some models; for others you may need to replace the entire keyboard.
SUB-MODEL is available by doing "About this Mac.." from your Apple menu. Example:
If the year has modifiers like Early, Mid, or Late, it is important to include those as well.
