How to re-install Facebook on iPad

What happens when you press the download icon exactly?

Or do yo get simply an "Open" button instead?

If you get an"Open" button on the App store entry., then it means Facebook is still installed on your iPad. Go to the app Library and find Facebook there. When you do, you can drag it back to a home screen.

Go to the App Store, search "Facebook" then hit the icon that looks like a little cloud with an arrow coming out of it. This should reinstall it for you.
