Has anyone ever been told you were permanently restricted from using Apple Pay to send/receive money person to person via text message? I was told this today; however, I am a bit confused because I have never used Apple Pay for anything. Apple could not tell me why.
It’s not Apple Pay that is restricted, it’s your Apple Cash account. Please review the support article I linked to below.

I have been dealing with this since September. Report it to the CFPB. I can understand the need to protect fraudulent activity but I have demonstrated with a letter from my bank that it was an error and they still did nothing.
