Downloading FaceTime App
I bought my IPhone 14 ProMax from Dubai however currently I am I UK , can I download FaceTime ?

Change the region in Settings to one other than the United Arab Emirates. FaceTime will appear without needing to be downloaded.
All restrictions on having it outside of the United Arab Emirates were removed in iOS 13.6.
