I can’t add cards on wallet

What bank issued the Visa Gift Card? The name should be on the back of the card. Visa Gift Cards are prepaid debit cards and some banks do not support digital wallets.

None of these were the issue for me. I have added other cards, but I cannot add a visa gift card. I keep getting the message card not added, contact the card issuer for help. I did call them and they were no help at all whatsoever. I went through the process 3x with the cs rep on the phone to no avail, at which time they said they would research and call me back and of course never did. Not an urgent issue, but a mystery I would like solved if possible.
