Stock widget stopped updating?

The Stock widget in my Apple Watch stopped updating since this past weekend. It has been working fine for almost a year. Is this a recent or known issue or something wrong on my side? I have already rebooted the Watch, iPhone, and the Wifi router.

Apple Watch 10.0.1 update problems. After the 10.0.1 update my pedometer app is no longer displaying on my watch face. Also, battery is draining in less than 12 hours.
