How can I remove an old payment method from my Apple ID?
i had credit card info in in the payment method, that is no longer in use. How can i delete thus old card information?

Unexpired subscriptions and Family Sharing organizers must always have a payment method present. To edit the cards used for those you may need to first add the new card and move it to the top payment method position before removing the old card (see: https://support.apple.com/HT213276 ).
