Trying to reset ipad (iOS operating system) to factory specs. This was an old iPad used by the kids but no longer used. I'm trying to reclaim but all I get is "iPad is disabled. connect to iTunes". Ive tried all of the directions on the various ways to get this working but it doesn't seem to matter much. Any help appreciated.
