I am wondering if my Apple Watch Series 9 Hermès bought in US gonna work in EU with one of their carrier since Apple support page says Model A2984 - North America, Europe, Asia Pacific. Did someone tried to connect it to European cellular while traveling?

Should work everywhere, except China, which is different.
There have been reports of success taking the Series 9 across the Atlantic.
NOTE: The O2 sensor is still not going to work, the U.S. models are restricted. And the warranty is U.S. specific.
The SE, the Series 8 and older CANNOT do this. The have Canada, U.S., Mexico and Puerto Rico models and the rest of the world models.
