Burn from Apple Watch

I am currently on my 3rd Apple Watch which is only over a year old. (SE)

NEVER has a watch left such a bad burn on my arm from everyday wear. This is quite alarming and should be recalled ASAP as many others have expressed the same concern to apple.

In the past week the burn on my arm has gotten worse, so bad I’ve had to stop wearing my Apple Watch and seek a doctor and a dermatologist’s advice to which they have said its a burn, not a rash or allergies. They said they’ve seen this many times before and it’s from wearing an Apple Watch. I regularly clean my watch and only wear it for work during the day. I do not sleep with it or exercise with it.

There are so many others on the Apple community page complaining about the exact same thing with pictures of the burn for proof. I am reading that Apple is not doing anything regarding this and it’s disappointing and very concerning, Apple products are not meant to burn skin, something needs to be done about this issue ASAP.

I have been on the phone for a total of 3 hours now over 3 days trying to get a resolution to this matter and I am getting no where. They are saying it’s a skin allergy then they are saying I’m not wearing it correctly then they say yes it looks like a burn and will will investigate it.. they keep going around in circles it’s so frustrating. Has anyone gotten any resolution from this?
