Apple Store NOT recognizing my OS?

I was recently looking through some old apps I had purchased in the past. And when I tried to download one or two of them I was told that I couldn't because MacOSX12 or 13 was required. I don't understand why this should be a problem since I'm currently running Mojave (10.14.6). Why this disconnect? What do I need to fix to have all this make sense?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.14

It's referring to 12.0 or 13.0, not 10.12 or 10.13. Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for a newer OS.

Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software and split the functions of iTunes up; use Go64 as well.
