I have a new iPhone 15 pro max and I’m trying to download an app that is in my country however the App Store isn’t showing the app and when I try to go to the site of the company and download app from there it says app not available for my region/country.

It’s not available in your country. That or you do not have your country/region set correctly.
If it is set correctly, then you can’t get that app.
Then if you’re being told the app is not available in your country, it is not available in your country.
There is nothing anyone here can do about it. The app developers decide what regions their apps are available in.
My region / country is set correctly.
