Every app are buying. Why not free for iPhones it’s brand we are paying largest money for iPhone or company each why’s they not give a free app in iPhone ?

If an app says it is free, the app IS free. If an app is by purchase, then you need to purchase it. Apple doesn't own 3rd party products. They are entitled to make a living and you are under no obligation to buy a paid for app. But you are not entitled to all apps for free. And to be sure, if you are asking about needing a valid payment method to download free apps, that's a requirement to use the App Store. You won't be charged to download a free app, but you MUST have a valid payment method on your account to download free apps.
