App Store would like to install an app

Hello,

After latest update 17.4 each time I’m trying to install an app, there is additional window saying “App store would like to install an app”. I understand there is side loading now in EU but it’s official App Store not a 3rd party. Why I have this message? My friend with the same software doesn’t have it

App does not appear in Appstore So the problem that I faced is that there is an application on Appstore which is definitely available in my region( XTB Online Trading )and it is not appearing on Appstore or it doesn’t show by link. I’m from Armenia the app/apple support couldn’t help me to solve it.
