In health app, under devices section, how many devices one can expect to be shown? is this a normal scenario if one see more than 2 device (1 iphone and 1 watch)?

Yes, if you had multiple devices in the past that also collected data for the Health app, they will still be listed.
I can see my old iPhones and my previous Apple Watch.
I have noticed that before watchOS 10, so this might be intentional.
My old Apple Watch shows up 5 times and saved the data from 2019 up to 2023, just before I switched to the new Apple Watch. And the status says, "not paired anymore".

I understand if they are old devices. but same device reflecting multiple times and all shown as active.

The iPhone Model name is iPhone. Should i change to it? However i want to retain the name I have given to my phone though.
