when i write on a pdf book page it close!

i use ipad pro 12.9 (M2). I have to write on pdf book pages for education purpose. I open the book and go to the page (like-139), open pen option and going to write and it close to first page!!

iPad Pro keeps refreshing (and deleting) while working on a .pdf I am trying to add text to a .pdf (it’s just a form) and I need to add test via a text box because it’s too small to write with the stylus. I get maybe a row or two in and the stupid iPad keeps refreshing the page and deleting everything I just added. Is there some way to manually save after I enter text on each box? It’s saving SOME stuff as when I first entered info via drawing the drawing is saved but when I delete the drawing and try to add text boxes the text just keeps refreshing and reverting back to the previous drawing (it’s also iPad Pro 4th gen 2020, but for some reason the drop down menu only goes as high as 3rd gen)

Why do PDFs glitch when writing on my iPad? This happened to me on my last iPad (iPad Pro Gen 2) and has accelerated on my iPad Air M2, but when I write with my Apple Pencil in PDFs saved in my iCloud, the PDF will glitch and take me back to its title page (as if I had just opened the PDF) and erase anything I just wrote. It doesn't happen every time but it happens enough to warrant concern. I'm trying to use it for school and when I have to start annotations or problems over because of this, it's very frustrating. I took to Apple store to meet with a genius and hardware diagnostic came out fine and update was good (18.2.1), so all they could recommend was factory resetting (of course) and hope for the best. That has not worked and PDFs still do this. How can I fix this problem or is this happening to most people with iPads and is a greater issue? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

What app are you using to view and annotate the pdf?

PDF book saved in my ipad. I just go to folder and show there open. Its not open in acrobat or apple BOOKs , its confirm. I think in built apple pdf viewer.
