3 months free Apple TV
I got 3 months Apple TV when a purchase a iPhone from Best Buy. We have a year subscription under my wife’s Apple ID. Can I get this added to Apple TV subscription

Subscriptions and offers thereto cannot be transferred to other Apple IDs. Apple’s offer for Apple TV+ for a new iPhone purchase, must be redeemed within the first 90 days. If your wife shares her Apple TV+ subscription with you through Family Sharing, then any offer for a shorter remaining period is meaningless.
Codes from Best Buy may be valid longer than 90 days — I know they used to. See their offer terms and conditions. Depending on your wife’s plan, perhaps you could redeem it when that plan is about to expire? Ask Apple Support if that would be valid idea, not sure.
